Poor Boy's Guarantee

All Poor Boy's Baits products or services are guaranteed to be as described or a full refund for the product will be provided to you. We strive in our work every day to bring you a wide variety of the best fishing lures and products. Our goal is to provide you, the angler, the best products that will improve your ability as a sportsman and fisherman. You can return any unused product within 15 days of ordering it. You will be responsible for all shipping charges for product being sent back, and if exchanging for something else, will be responsible for the shipping charges for the exchanged product being shipped back to you.

Ordering Information

Phone: We are pleased to accept phone orders which may be charged to VISA, MasterCard or Discover.

Mail: Payment for mail orders can be made by check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

Order Blanks: Order blanks are provided for your convenience whether you order by phone, mail or by FAX. These help organize your list so that critical items are not forgotten.

Ordering Hours: Our order desk is open from 10AM to 6PM EST Monday through Saturday. If we are on the phone with another customer or, in the rare occasion that we must be away from the shop, please be good enough to leave a return phone number or leave your name, address, order and method of payment and we will call you back to confirm.

Canadian Distibutor: If you are from Canada and want to order you may want to check out our Canadian distributor Top Notch Tackle and order from there to save on shipping. If you don’t see what you are looking for at www.topnotchtackle.ca contact them and they will be happy to expand their selection.

Bad Check Charges: $25.00 handling fee; plus ALL collection expenses.

Exchanges: If you purchase any merchandise in our catalog and it is not what you expect you may exchange it within 15 days of our shipping date. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of our invoice. There will be no returns on used items or special order merchandise. Return shipping is at your cost.  We currently do not charge a restocking fee on returned because we want our customers to be happy.

Special Orders: If you have a special request such as making a custom mold for your fishing lures or quantity pricing on extremely large orders please call us at 1-574-269-4651.

Packaging, Shipping, and Insurance Information: Some of our products cannot be shipped Parcel Post due to their regulations, so we normally ship all merchandise by United Parcel Service (UPS).

Prices and Specifications: Merchandise price and specifications subject to change without notice. Description, typographic or photographic errors are subject to correction. 

FOR ALASKAN & HAWAIIAN SHIPMENTS: THEY WILL BE SHIPPED MOST EFFICIENT WAY POSSIBLE WHETHER THAT BE USPS OR UPS BUT ADDITIONAL SHIPPING MAY BE REQUIRED AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER. IF ORDER IS PLACED VIA PAYPAL, ANOTHER REQUEST WILL BE SEND ONCE THE SHIPPING AMOUNT IS ESTABLISHED AND IF PLACED WITH A CREDIT CARD, THE CARD WILL BE CHARGED THE ADDITIONAL AMOUNT. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO KNOW AN ESTIMATED SHIPPING COST, FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US PRIOR TO ORDERING. RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES FOR ALASKAN & HAWAIIAN ORDERS LIKE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

Heavy Product and Lead Shipping: Heavy shipments such as large quantities of lead products are not included in the normal shipping charges. Please call Poor Boy's Baits at 574-267-4651 and we will help you determine shipping prices. Credit card customers will have these costs added to the merchandise total. Note: We try to maintain shipping charges at our actual cost of shipping. Shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice. There is a 15% restocking fee on any orders or items that are packed, ready to ship and then canceled.
